Membership of FAST IiS
FAST IiS’s wide ranging membership includes software publishers, resellers, law firms and consultancies and The Federation links these members with end users providing a unique network. Through our educational events and publications, we provide a platform for members to market and share their expertise with end user companies across a wide range of industries interested in improving their compliance and SAM processes.

Taking a lead: Promoting Best Practice
- Assist in the definition and formalization of best practices aimed at encouraging the adoption of Software License Management and Software Asset Management.

Protection of Intellectual Property
- Enforcement support - enforcing copyright law on behalf of members on receipt of allegations and subsequent investigations, including where necessary working with Trading Standards and the Police to protect SME livelihoods and working with members to effect lost licence fees (software publishers only).
- License fee recoveries achieved by Federation activities are passed on to the publisher
- Notification by the Legal Affairs team of all lobbying activities underway and access to resources on the members only website for review and feedback
- Access the FAST Mediation Panel at discounted rate to help resolve commercial disputes.
- Access the FAST Legal Advisory Group through The Federation.
- Legal Advisory Papers (papers of specific interest to publishers) – back copies on members websites.
- Federation logo for use on your website, software and literature to make others aware of the standards you uphold and support.
- Receipt of FASTtalk magazine, plus regular e-bulletins giving information relating to member companies and software theft issues.
Membership Fees
